Order files are deleted automatically after 30 days unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Payment data (UPI / crypto) is processed by the payment provider, not stored by us.
Deliverables (PDF + DOCX) are emailed to the address you provide within 24 hours of order confirmation. If you don't receive them, check spam or WhatsApp us.
If your order isn't delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation, you get a full refund. No questions asked. Since this is a service product, completed orders are non-refundable beyond that.
